Slim4Life Prep Phase
Today I started my prep phase on Slim4Life. This will last until Saturday, whereas on Sunday I shall begin my official first day on the program. This "prep" phase is said to cleanse your body of starches, carbs, and sugars to get your body ready for my new diet. A loss of 3-6 lbs is expected. I have my nutrition class tonight to get all my information I need on what I can and can not eat and hopefully some good recipes to make for the next 10 weeks!
